We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Project Manager, Contracts.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Demonstrates proficiency in product knowledge, its applications and all related job functions Aids customer requests and addresses questions or concerns via customer phone call, email or facsimile Assure accurate estimates by gathering specifications, drawings and related documents for complete project information Compile project costs by analyzing project details using company computer hardware and software Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information in order to detect problems with costing methods, assumptions and procedures Coordinates required schedule requirements between all departments and ensures timely construction schedules by coordinating delivery arrangements with the customer and contractor schedules Coordinates the shipment of material as necessary and documents each incident complete for assistance in the internal investigative process Assist other departments in resolving technical, product and/or related issues involved in utility structures Contributes to a safe working environment by being responsible for quality, safety, cleanliness and organization of assigned work area Contributes to the team effort by effectively communicating and working well with members of other departments and personnel to accomplish assigned tasks and projects as needed
Project Manager, Contracts3 years of customer service experience in related field High attention to detail/highly organized Strong computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to run general office equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills Must possess strong customer service skills and be able to complete daily tasks based upon customer's requests
