We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Case Picker/Electric Pallet Jack.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Cold storage facility seeking experienced electric pallet jack operators for case picking. Shift is 9:30 pm to 6 am. Overtime may also be available.
Case Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The Case Picker is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
Case Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The Case Picker is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
- Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring thta the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Asemble various types of merchandise for shipment.
- Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with electric pallet jack.
- Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary.
- Report quality variances.
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1-2 years experience on electric pallet jack. Forklift experience is also a plus.
- The Case Picker must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math and write legibly.
- The Case Picker must be capable of sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time.
- The ability to follow directions is extremely important.
