Facilities Maintenance & Equipment Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Facilities Maintenance and Equipment Technician for a group of 12 restaurants in Columbus area for basic facilities management and equipment maintenance.  HVAC experience not required (but helpful).

The right candidate is:

o       Trustworthy and reliable
o       Able to work independently
o       Able to multitask and prioritize
o       Thorough with attention to detail
o       Willing to work flexible hours
o       Willing and able to handle a wide variety of assignments
o       Able to adjust to changing assignments
o       Physically capable for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, etc…
o       Composed and pleasant when dealing with restaurants
o       Legally allowed to drive with a valid license
 
Some job assignments include:

o       General electrical, plumbing and carpentry
o       Troubleshooting and repairing foodservice equipment
o       Installing and calibrating equipment
o       HVAC and refrigeration work (a plus)
o       Preventative maintenance
o       Basic painting
o       Power Spraying
o       Changing light bulbs
o       Cleaning condensers and changing filters
o       Other cleaning assignments if needed
o       Delivering replacement equipment as needed
o       Etc…

Pay with be commensurate with experience.
