Business Development Manager for IT Company

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Full Time)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Education:

Requires a Bachelor's degree with three-five years of sales or marketing experience. At least 3 years of experience in IT Sales. (Consulting/Services Sales experience is highly preferred)

This role requires an astute, savvy IT business-focused person who is capable of identifying and capitalizing not only on expressed client needs but, also future needs with a consultative sales approach. The Business Development Manager (BDM) at Perfect Innovative Group will manage and develop existing clients by fostering long-term relationships, as well as prospect, qualify, and close new accounts.

The candidate's communication skills and leadership abilities shapes how new and existing a business grows. They leverage their entrepreneurial drive to target, educate, and persuade new customers to embrace our client's latest services and technologies. Using his/her influencing & relationship-building skills, they provide caliber client service and team building initiatives. The candidate anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns, and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and the PIG team. Working with them, the candidate set the vision of the business development strategy.

Job Description:

* Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client's activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying opportunity to expand
* Demonstrated experience and comfort in strong prospecting via cold calling, attending local networking events, developing relationships, and growing new accounts
* Excellent demonstrative oral/written communication skills; effective presentation, time management, and organization skills
*An excellent communicator, negotiator, and a strong relationship builder with well-defined leadership qualities, business vision, supported by the ability to handle all levels of business activities and attain goals. Timely Follow-upsand Emails to Clients are required.
* Meet or Exceed Monthly Revenue Targets with Maintaining a Powerful Sales Pipeline and review with management and colleagues as necessary
* Assist in the preparation of Sales Forecasts & Structured Reporting in Detail
* Develop and present opportunity-specific pitch materials that represent the breadth and depth of PIG services and experience within the context of a prospective client's business goals
* For each PIG client within the designated vertical, collaborate with all appropriate internal parties to help define client goals, set program objectives, develop plans and timelines, and monitor ongoing delivery to ensure client satisfaction
* Monitor client billing to ensure accuracy and follow-up with clients on outstanding collections and profitability of existing pricing structures, and work with the delivery team to ensure pricing of future work is competitive and profitable
* Collaborate with other PIG's Management staff to develop and implement systems and processes to monitor, ensure, and improve client satisfaction
* Works with business units to ensure tracking and analytics of online environment
* Continually monitors industry best practices for modern online engagement strategies

Job Requirements:

* Proven project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously
* Drive top-line revenue for the company by effectively locating opportunities that match the capabilities of PIG. Represent company at conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
* Build and maintain client relationships with key decision makers to generate new sales with a consultative approach and up-selling additional services
* Assess market trends and gather intelligence on competitors and clients
* Assist in writing comprehensive, solution-focused proposals
* HUNTER mentality and a strong CLOSER
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and activity goals
* Extensive knowledge and passion of web and technology trends and products
