About this job

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering and handling all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Handling sales functions such as making sales related telephone calls, preparing formal sales quotes for potential and returning customers.
Developing of new sales (Cold Calling)
Filtering phone calls and taking messages when appropriate for other staff members.
Maintaining the schedule for sales rep
Providing administrative support (i.e. copying, faxing, scanning, and filing)
Developing weekly mailings
Preparing & posting paperwork/contracts for clients before and after moves.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or a GED
Pass a drug and background screening.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
Ideal candidate will have an aptitude to help and learn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills plus organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
