The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* General administrative duties (i.e. filing, faxing, copying, answering phones etc.)
* Calendar management
* Organize travel arrangements for employees
* Process the opening of New Accounts via the clearing firm's system.
* Track and maintain New Account files in accordance with internal procedures as well as Regulatory Rules and Regulations.
* Respond to phone calls/e-mails and request from clients.
* Correspond with clearing firm personnel regarding margin, stock loan, reg t, buy ins, write offs, and documentation inquiries.
* Coordinate with back office and clearing firm to resolve daily issues
* Ad hoc projects as requested
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
* Series 7 Licensure
* Knowledge of "RBC" a plus
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Minimum of 3+ years of solid administrative assistant experience at the executive and/or C Level.
*Must be extremely professional, organized, positive, flexible and possess a team player attitude.
