About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Maintenance Engineer.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Experience:
Initiate and review opportunities to maximize site equipment reliability with a focus on equipment availability, equipment downtime reduction, and maintenance cost reductions
Facilitate and participate in equipment Root Cause Failure Analysis(RCFA), Failure Mode Cause Analysis(FMCA), Mean Time to Failure Analysis(MTFA) and Life Cycle Analysis as required
Own RCFA Management System
Prepare and review Management of Change(MOC) as required
Create, review, and approve maintenance procedures
Provide technical assistance to crafts and day-to-day operational support to the plant as needed
Provide on-call maintenance coverage
Manages capital/expense projects including: AFE/scope development, equipment design, equipment installation, cost tracking, construction coordination, and associated document management.
Assure compliance with all FHR Cardinal Rules, OSHA/PSM regulations, ILEPA permits and operational SOPs/JSAs
Required:
Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)
A minimum of 5 years of experience within a Refining, Chemical, Mining, or process plant.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in fixed and/or rotating equipment
