About this job
-Maintains client reports files and raw data files.
-Takes inventory and generates purchase requisitions for office supplies.
-Routes the client sales orders and reports to clients services for final review before invoicing.
-Provides accounting support in such areas as researching aged receivables and printing and e-mailing invoices.
-Performs other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
--Prepare and distribute payroll for staff.
-This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Required Experience:
-Must have at least 2 to 5 years of experience.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Must be at Advance Level in Excel - you will be tested.
Pay Rate Range: $20 - $25/hr D.O.E.
Job Location: Fremont, CA
Shift: 8am-5pm M-F
