Primary Responsibilities


  • Developing use
    case based requirements specifications to capture project business requirements.
  • Managing
    functional and non-functional requirements artifacts through all development of
    UAT and QA iterations.
  • Facilitation of
    requirements analysis sessions with project stakeholders.
  • Collaboration
    with project stakeholders to establish requirements baseline. Stakeholders
    include client business team, Agencies, IT development team, third party
    development teams, QA team.
  • Working with
    Agile Product Owner to ensure traceability of requirements through development
    phase.
  • High-touch
    partnership with Content Management and Marketing Product Management.
  • Identifying and
    managing changes to requirements and participating in the change management
    process.
  • Creating of UAT
    test cases and execution of these test cases.
  • Creation of
    Production Acceptance Testing - test cases and execution of these test cases.
  • Assisting QA team
    with development of test cases.
  • Acting as liaison
    with QA team during bug triage activities.
  • Demonstrated
    ability to map current and future website requirements into sufficiently
    detailed descriptions for development.
  • Elicit
    requirements using interviews, current digital capability analysis, document
    analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use
    cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
  • Critically
    evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,
    decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level
    information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the
    underlying true needs.
  • Proactively
    communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze
    information needs and functional requirements and deliver the appropriate
    artifacts as needed.
  • Utilize your
    experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management
    systems and methodologies required.
  • Develop
    requirements specifications according to standard templates (typically
    annotated wireframes), using natural language.
  • Collaborate with
    developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and
    analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.



















Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of Digital Application experience.
  • 1+ year of
    Content Management System experience (CMS).
  • A technical
    understanding of digital technologies and trends.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in a software production environment.
  • Experience
    working with end users and/or product owners .


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Agile development
    experience.
  • Experience
    developing software of websites.
