Key Responsibilities include:
* Under supervision, cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing gathering and public spaces
* Cleaning residents’ apartments on a weekly basis or as needed
* Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
* Submitting work orders to the maintenance team as needed
* Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
* Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested
We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience
* Reliable, detail oriented, and able to follow safety procedures
* Flexibility with schedule - weekends
* Must be comfortable with and enjoy working with the senior population
