Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

The Manager, Construction and Property Administration (Project Manager) is responsible for new store construction (10-20 new stores a year), remodels (15-20 remodels), and special projects within a select geographical area of the country. The Senior Advisor, Constructions and Property Administration (Project Manager) manages multiple construction projects from planning and inception to opening.

1. Partner with internal real estate team, operators, external developers, and contractors to review, scope, budget and document new construction or remodel projects; represent proposal at REC meetings.

2. Manage construction projects including the design, budget, permits, contracts, reports, construction and delivery of the completed project per CVS designs and standards, on schedule and within budget; financial responsibility for approximately $25-35 million in expense and capital budgets; partner with a team of internal and external resources to provide services in support of construction projects.

3. Visit construction sites to verify that all work is completed in accordance with CVS/Caremark plans, specifications, and standards; review schedule, budget, and resolve project issues.

4. Represent CVS/Caremark with state and city agencies and boards as it relates to planning and construction.

5. Manage “punch list” to ensure all work is completed for newly opened stores and complete closeout package Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree required 2. 5+ years of related experience 3. Knowledge of all aspects of the design and construction process including standards and costs 4. Strong project management skills 5. Ability to oversee large cross-functional teams 6. Ability to manage large budgets 7. Ability to take initiative; self-starter 8.
