The Administrative Assistant is responsible for but not limited to:

Providing executive administrative support to the designated executive team. Duties are complex in nature and involve access to confidential information. Duties will include normal administrative activities such as scheduling appointments, making arrangements for large meetings both inside and outside the company, making travel arrangements, typing, word processing, and coordinating activities across the several departments. This position exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests and determining complex trends. Required Qualifications:

1. Excellent PC aptitude with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Products, including Office, Word, and PowerPoint. 2. Superior typing skills. 3. Superior telephone and customer contact skills. 4. Ability to work collaboratively with other administrative assistants both inside and outside the Company. 5. Superior verbal and written communication skills. 6.Proven ability to maintain confidentiality. 7.Proven ability to exercise sound judgment. Preferred Qualifications:

• Coordinate schedules including: calendars for multiple levels of management and travel arrangements. • Manage departmental purchase orders and reconciliation of the Pcard. • Overseeing expense reports for management. • Provide organization support including presentation development and other tasks as needed • Assist staff in gaining system access and reporting system/technical issues. • Analyze, summarize and develop reports on various monthly performance trends. • Provide support for office supplies and managing maintenance for office machines. • Enter, track, and monitor Expense and Capital Requisitions within budget Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Business Overview:
