Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

The Specialty Clinical Educator is responsible to develop and execute the CVS/specialty education strategy for PBM Sales and other stakeholder groups across the enterprise. The ideal candidate possesses PBM, Specialty, Health Plan and Med D experience, a training background and has a strong executive presence.

A successful candidate will consistently identify, develop and deliver communication materials, curriculum and sales strategies in support of the various target audience’s learning needs on a wide variety of topics. Topics could include specialty trends, drug pipeline, programs/products and services, marketplace events, sales strategy, learning modules and the overall combined specialty offering. The incumbent will be expected to develop strategies to educate the broader organization on the value proposition for new or past acquisitions, e.g. Coram. They will continuously partner with all levels of leadership, subject matter experts and peers to ensure the development of best-in-class learning solutions. The candidate will have the skill and ability to promote value added ideas across the enterprise, reframe a discussion with all levels of leadership/departments and challenge peers and leaders with respect and sensitivity when a proposed approach is not best practice or will not achieve best results.

Operational knowledge of specialty is a key element to developing impactful training. This candidate will be responsible for high-quality education efforts utilizing a variety of delivery methods, which could include Investing in You and Office Hours content, Brainshark and eLearning modules, as well as live events. He/she will continually evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and methods and conduct needs analyses to facilitate the development of new curriculum. Candidate must be able to successfully lead projects with multiple deliverables and tight deadlines while collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups in a highly matrixed organization. They must apply strategic and critical thinking skills to resolve issues, make most decisions without leadership involvement and understand when to escalate issues. The candidate should be capable of working in an environment of rapid organizational and technological change and able to influence without direct authority and knows how to effectively navigate the organization.

Position can be located anywhere in the US with ability to travel. Required Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of PBM or related health care experience. *A minimum of 5 years in training related field. *Proven ability to learn quickly in a new environment. *Demonstrate executive presence. *Demonstrated success in the planning, development and execution of complex projects. *Strong knowledge of the Specialty Pharmacy industry, managing client relationships, and health care industry. Preferred Qualifications:

*Sales/client management experience preferred in PBM industry. *Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. *Experience managing process improvements. Education:

*Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy or Pharm.D. * Active pharmacist license required. *Preferred Masters degree and/or professional certifications in selling process, facilitation, project management Business Overview:
