Responsible for assisting in the management of operation of a Souper Salad restaurant, ensuring quality standards, service standards, financial performance and people development are achieved while observing the highest legal and ethical standards.
Essential Functions:
1. Supervises dining area to ensure the greeting of each guest, highest quality of service and unbeatable guest satisfaction.
2. Supervises and directs operations during a specified shift, ensuring food quality and crew performance.
3. Constantly inspects restaurant cleanliness, food quality, service delivery and safety procedures
4. Enforces established cash handling procedures, making sure to take care of all funds.
5. Runs or assists food stations, dish station, or prep station.
6. Responds to guest complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner.
7. Communicates and enforces HR policies and procedures consistently.
Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time (duration of shift).
2. Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
3. Must have good manual dexterity.
4. Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in English and be able to read and comprehend materials printed in English.
