The Sales Associate is a perfect role for someone that is excited to leave a lasting impression, by ensuring each customeraEURTMs experience is a great one! Candidates should be professionally-minded, highly motivated, and interested in promoting the benefits of well-being. As an integral part of our sales team, you will directly impact the success of our growth and the lives of others.
Responsibilities include:
Support and maintain the integrity of the Massage Envy experience through exceptional customer service, upholding image standards, and maximizing sales
Confidently promoting and educating guests on the benefits of the Massage Envy wellness program
Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests by providing exceptional customer service with a smile while providing a consistent experience each time they visit Massage Envy
Responsible for hitting sales goals and ensuring clients understand the entire suite of Massage Envy offerings
Taking appointments and matching clients with the right massage therapist based on their needs.
Partnering with the Massage Therapists to ensure the store is inviting and comfortable for our clients
Promoting and generating leads through marketing and advertising opportunities
Administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys
Additional duties as assigned by Clinic Management
Qualifications include:
Customer service and sales experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, policies and procedures
Professional and exceptional interpersonal skills
Responsible and highly motivated
Be able to initiate and sell memberships in a consultative yet friendly manner
Positive attitude
Desire to help people especially related to health and wellness
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
Able to work flexible days and hours
