Steady & consistent hours regardless of the weather. * Drywall * Carpentry * Assembly * Manufacturing * Cabinetry, and * General labor. Benefits available after 90 days. Temporary to hire option available based on performance. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM * Workday ends when project is complete with possible overtime and Saturday work as needed * $10/hour Job Description: * Perform specialized construction duties (ceramic tiling, vinyl finish/trim installation, cabinet building, drywall hanging, roofing) on high-volume assembly line, resulting in fully-functioning manufactured home * Assigned to one stage in assembly process, working with small team to accomplish production goals * Work environment: blend of construction-related job duties and fast-paced assembly line organization of tasks If you have: * Solid professional experience in construction, assembly, manufacturing, production, or industrial setting * Specialized construction training/experience strongly preferred * Ability to complete repetitive tasks quickly and safely * Superb attention to detail * Reliable transportation * Proven ability to learn new tasks and perform them in an increasingly efficient manner * Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs. on a regular basis What are you waiting on?
