Basic Responsibilities:
As a student loan collector/account resolution specialist, you will interact with borrowers in the negotiation of collection of defaulted or delinquent debt, offer customer solutions and maximize your earning potential.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Collection and skip tracing experience preferred. Must be able to meet minimum scheduling requirements to work some late night and weekend hours. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation; no defaulted student loans.
