REQUIREMENTS:

Associates degree/ Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of order processing experience
Minimum of 2 years SAP experience required - MUST HAVE SAP
3 years in a customer service related field

The primary function of this position is to book and facilitate any part or all phases of orders, credit memos, invoices, and RMA's while addressing customer needs. The role will be responsible for all RMA and warranty replacements for customers, including but not limited to scheduling pick-ups and tracking replacements to confirm they are delivered within the time frame specified on the customer's signed Service Level Agreement. Additional responsibilities include, customer callbacks for open returns, discrepancies, vendor reporting, customer asset management and SLA reporting for invoicing.

- Provide world-class Customer Service to internal and external customers
- Review, process, book and invoice orders and related RMA's, in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain necessary database entries, spreadsheets, charts, files, tracking and communication of orders.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of RMA warranty products with customers
- Provide pick up information to customer for RMA warranty products.
- Point of contact for 3rd party vendors to coordinate RMA replacements
- Timely and efficient updates of customer assets
- Daily review and correction of product and billing discrepancies
