Seeking an individual with a passion for the art and science of running water. We are very flexible on experience and it's not about what's on paper - but it's about the love for the trade.
Duties include:
* Use of exceptional problem solving and critical thinking to determine the best solution for the clients
* Providing unparalleled customer service, as 9 out of 10 times, the job is a service call
* Custom installations in new structures, so an understanding of reading blueprints and drafts is key
* Handling a regular weekday day shift (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday), but on every fifth week rotation should be prepared for an on call commitment for emergencies outside of regular business hours. The extra hours will be compensated
* Ability to do other labor as needed aside from plumbing (removing floor tiles, etc.)
Candidates should be:
* Knowledgeable and passionate about the field. All comers from the fresh-out-of-technical-school to the near masters are welcome to apply
* Career-minded and ready to stick with a company for the long haul
* Able to drive a company vehicle legally
Benefits and pay structure:
* Pay is related to experience level: A new face to the field may start out $10-14, but a good candidate with 3+ years can pull in $20+
* Benefits are available
* Company trucks are used for any call
* Note that this is NOT a commission job

* Must have a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
* Must have a love for the business and the trade, and not just the money it brings
