Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

The Consultant will design and develop courses and curriculum across a variety of delivery methods (instructor-led, web-based, self-paced, etc.) Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts and curriculum designers to continually improve training. Participate in cross-functional projects and implementations, supporting system enhancements. Communicate necessary changes to training materials to stakeholders. Support the program measurement strategy to evaluate the impact of training including use of LMS. Apply ADDIE or comparable instructional design processes.

The Consultant may deliver training (instructor-led courses in classroom or via webcast) as needed. Administer tests and performance checks, provide 1:1 coaching, coordinate with business partners and stakeholders, report results and issues as needed. Required Qualifications:

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

• MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel experience.

• Experience developing, evaluating, and updating training material.

• 1+ years experience in curriculum/ instructional design Preferred Qualifications:

• Learning and development experience in a corporate or business setting.

• Experience working with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, and subject matter experts.

• Experience with web development tools (Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, etc.) Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Education in Training & Development, Organizational Development or similar field preferred. Business Overview:
