About this job

Politely respond to guest questions and concerns according to company policy; Act as Customer Service lead when scheduled.

Sell park products in scheduled position - Ticket Booths, Front Office, Gift Shop, or Front Area Sales.

Cashiering - ring items up accurately in point of sale system.

Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
Enforce park rules, policies, and procedures.

Attend all training and in-service meetings as directed.

Keep all work areas clean and orderly and maintain professional appearance and conduct.

Fast-paced, sometimes demanding working conditions; working in the heat and sun required when necessary, and walking through the park several times a day is required.
