About this job
The Logistics Planning Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing essential data, providing recommendations, developing and maintaining management reporting and project support as required. Additional responsibilities include the day to day management of the RFC (return for credit) process for stores and the Distribution Center network.
Required Qualifications · Strong technical expertise including significant experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, Micro-Strategy, Word is required
· Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
· Proven track record for constructing and presenting data to support recommendations and project objectives
· Demonstrated ability to influence others with positive project results through clear, tactful communications (written and verbal)
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet/exceed scheduled deadlines
· Willingness and flexibility to manage workload increases as they occur
Preferred Qualifications · Minimum 2 years previous retail and/or distribution center inventory experience preferred
· Prior database experience preferably utilizing SQL
· Working knowledge of store order to delivery cycles and product flow processes
· Working knowledge of Corporate Mainframe billing and inventory related screens is strongly preferred
Education · High School Diploma or GED is required
· Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred
