The Product Manager, Integrated Pharmacy plays a vital role on a team accountable for creating and implementing differentiated pharmacy digital product strategies, pilots, and offerings to best position the company over the next several years. Working closely with members of the entire Digital organization and with business, operations, and IT leaders from across the organization, the Product Manager will be responsible for executing the design and implementation of the Integrated Pharmacy experience for Retail, Specialty and Caremark business units. Your scope of responsibilities will include product development and ownership of complex enterprise projects focused on digitally-empowering market-leading pharmacy programs across multiple desktop and mobile channels.

Lead the definition, development, deployment and management of digital capabilities for innovative pharmacy programs that substantially enhance the consumer/member experience and address CVS Health’s strategic and financial objectives in this high profile and fast growing initiative within the company.

Help define and provide input to build the Integrated Pharmacy product roadmap to develop the best experience to help our customer lead healthier lives.

Drive the scoping and definition process for new integrated pharmacy experiences across all pharmacy business units and digital channels including mobile applications.

Work closely with IT, UX, pharmacy operations, legal, marketing, customer service and executive teams to bring new integrated digital experiences to market in multiple digital channels (e.g CVS.com, CVS App, Caremark.com, Caremark App, CVSCaremarkSpecialty.com and App).

Leverage digital optimization capabilities to drive improvements and partner with marketing team to create and implement plans to achieve utilization and conversion targets.

Develop product and domain expertise for pharmacy programs across Retail, Specialty and Caremark business units.

Required Qualifications:

1. Strengths in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail.

2. Deep understanding of consumer behavior combined with creativity and nimbleness to deal with complexity and to quickly identify potential solutions and sources of value.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate rationale and needed courses of action to engage diverse audiences and influence senior executives.

4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.

5. Strategic thinker, complemented with ability to develop and communicate solid plan

6. Passion for digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience in health care.

7. Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic.

8. Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines.

9. Track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results .

10. Experience in health care preferred.

11. Experience in mobile product management preferred.

12. Track record with a focus on the customer.
