Production Associate

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Production Associate.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Production Associate Position pays $28.00/hour This position will be responsible for supporting the development of medical device labeling for the Cardiovascular businesses by coordinating across functions as well as multiple US and international sites. Provides project support and coordination of labeling changes interfacing with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Technical Communications, Legal, Package Engineering and site Operations *Based upon departmental procedures and supervisor's direction as well as input from cross functional subject matter experts, develop and provide redlines and coordination for the preparation of labeling as well as any supportive illustrative materials and labels by coordinating the layout, design, and data structure with graphic designer, desktop publisher *Establishes task related schedules and monitors timelines and process of new and revised labeling ensuring all deadlines are met and raises any issues to supervisor. *Reviews, and releases labeling for product labels, cartons and other related materials ensuring appropriate review by SME regarding medical, legal, and regulatory requirements for medical devices. *As required, periodically develops labeling in labeling system *Ensure accuracy and consistency of labeling, timeliness of changes and overall approval of label. Coordinate the review and approval process for all new and revised labeling. Understands and applies applicable labeling regulations and standards as interpreted by departmental or site procedures. *Coordinates the translations of non-IFU labeling through internal or external sources *Act as a liaison between the Packaging and Labeling organization and cross functional project teams ensuring labeling meets business requirements *Develop, route and maintain documentation / records Basic Qualifications (basic skills and experiences necessary to perform the job: must be relevant, objective, and non-comparative): Knowledge/Education: *B.A./B.S. in Packaging, Graphic Design, Marketing, Project Management or related field Job Experience: *Minimum of 1 year of experience in a regulated industry in Marketing, Manufacturing, Packaging or related field *Experience in working on multi-disciplinary teams Desired/Preferred Qualifications (skills and experiences beyond Basic Qualifications that help identify the best possible applicant): Knowledge/Education: *Knowledge of US and international medical device regulations and standards, especially those related to labeling Job Experience: *Experience working in the medical industry *Experience working with global teams please email resumes to jessica.becerra@manpower.com
