Maintenance Technician

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance on brand new Machinery that specialized in Design/Printing on Bottles.


Job Duties
- Fabricate Machines - Manual Machines - ex: bridgeport lathe
- Provide Maintenance support both PM & Reactive Maintenance
- PM based on hours - 150, 300, 600 hours of production
- Address breakdowns on line, fabricate the part or pull part out of stock

Machines
- Conveyers (Move bottles through MFG process)
- Layer oven (Bake paint into bottles)
- Printing machines (Screen Printing process on glass medium)
- Manual lathes & milles
- PLCS (Fuse blocks and ethernet connections
- VFD- Variable frequency drives (Identify what's wrong)

The location in Ohio has only been open for 18 months. It is a brand new facility that is gaining a lot of new business and they are facing expansion right now. They currently have 2 facilities and expected to build a 3 facility this year.
