POSITION SUMMARY:

You are an exceptionally talented senior designer/art director with a passion for digital design, a well-rounded background in creative and conceptual solutions, and excited about the opportunity to help innovate the digital space for CVS/pharmacy. As Senior Digital Designer, you will be initiating, creating, executing and coding designs for all of our digital media channels (cvs.com, email, mobile, social media) as well as producing digital media ad units to support internal and external marketing campaigns. You are confident in developing digital-specific graphics, animations, icons, style sheets, color schemes, templates and layouts and ensuring that the brand is represented consistently across multiple applications and experiences.

A plus if you have a background in e-commerce and/or user experience and interaction design.

Additional responsibilities may include presenting to leaders, collaborating with copy partners, inspiring junior designers, selecting stock imagery, and creating/updating style guidelines.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Concept and design compelling web pages, websites, online banner ads, emails and other interactive assets for consumer-focused health content and e-commerce websites.

• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.

• Package, code and deliver all optimized project files

• Organize and manage day to day projects.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal partners.

Required Qualifications:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• A solid skill set in quality design, digital media and the entire design and production process from concept to production, including developing wireframes, mock ups, designing and building

• Ability to understand and translate marketing/strategic briefs into engaging creative projects

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Working knowledge HTML, XHTML, CSS

• Effective communication (oral and written) skills, time management and the ability to work positively under pressure

• Ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships

• Strong attention to detail
