• Interface with business and finance leaders to build relationships in support of financial planning and performance measurement including reporting and analysis


• Work with customer's finance and business leaders to resolve issues


• Perform monthly close analysis to facilitate understanding of monthly results against the financial plan


• Leading and conducting due diligence on potential partners


• Preparing and assessing financial, qualitative and valuation analyses of those partners


• Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities  and cost savings initiatives to maximize resources and create efficiencies


• Work with finance and business leaders to forecast contingency revenues and build into forecast


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conjunction with budgeting and forecasting process


• Build relationships with the accounting team to ensure all budgeting, forecasting and close activities are done efficiently and with integrity


• Manage business relationships on behalf of the broader Finance organization and Leadership


• Leverage technology and carry out process improvement activities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field


• 5+ years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience


• 3+ years of supervisory experience


• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Office product suite, and other technology tools


• Progressive financial work experience


• Ability to work in a matrix environment while positively influencing other functional areas.

• Project management or process improvement experience


• MBA or CPA


• Healthcare experience


• Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft experience
