Therapeutic Consultant - Full-time / Part-time

REM West Virginia is seeking a Therapeutic Consultant to identify targeted maladaptive behaviors, develops hypotheses and positive behavior support plans, and provides training in the person-specific aspects and method of a plan of intervention to the primary care providers. This position also provides evaluation/monitoring of the effectiveness of the positive behavior support plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Therapy related field required
• Two years of human service-delivery experience preferred
• Must meet QMRP requirements, including at least one year experience working with persons with mental retardation or other developmental disabilities
• Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
