This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company Fleet department by providing administrative support in the Iowa Market.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Duties:
Provide support services for the Iowa Fleet department in the completion of assigned tasks/projects
Purchasing/Auditing/Rconciliation of equipment, materials and supplies
Ensure all receipts are received from locations each week
Research and follow-up on any accounts payable issues
Assume responsibility in runing weekly/monthly reports
Validation Report, Cost Model, Ausit Closed Order Report, License and Tax Report, Idle Report, and other reeports as assigned
Process APS invoices
Keep track of hourly employees in Kronos
File and maintain all records for the Fleet Department
Back up receptionist by answering incoming calls, preparing incoming and outgoing mail (Limited)
Accountabilities:
Ability to prioritize workflow, work independently, accurately and meet deadlines
Must be highly detailed oriented
Provide Customer Service support to vendors and internal customers for MU demonstrating the ability to work as a team player and maintain a positive working environment
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both verbally and written
Ability to adapt to changing work prorities and react with appropriate flexibility, interacting with all levels of employees
Basic Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Job Qualifications:
2 to 5 years office experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office whith emphasis in Excel
