This position can be based in either the Plano, TX or Purchase, NY but does not include relocation funding.
The PepsiCo University team supports leadership and functional skill development across PepsiCo business lines. The PepsiCo U team develops and implements programs in leadership development from the first time manager through senior leader, overseeing implementation of blended solutions, action learning programs and integrating best of breed third party content into PepsiCo's leadership portal pages. We drive functional skill development programs through our college programs (e.g., Sales College, Finance College) and manage global learning enablement solutions.
In this role, the employee will manage day-to-day operations of two global colleges -Sales College and Marketing College. For each college, this role will drive:
Analysis
Partner with senior Functional leaders to implement an over-arching strategy and scope for Sales College and Marketing College
Lead the process to build the curricula in partnership with two separate councils, Marketing Leadership Council and Sales Learning Council, taking into account budget, delivery/training methods, and business priorities as established in the University framework.
Benchmark with outside companies to identify emerging trends in curriculum and delivery methods
Analyze organizational impacts for various initiatives and design a change management and communication plan to support them
Design/ Development
Work with functional leads to identify internal SMEs to participate in requirements gathering, provide content input and review and approve training course content
Advise and support the functional SMEs in gathering detailed course requirements for online and classroom courses and in developing content for course, pre-work, and case studies
Manage multiple vendors in the purchase, development and management of content and delivery.
Track and sustain courses including any required updates to maintain currency and relevance of course content
Program Management
Manage functional budget to best meet learning requirements
Partner with Learning Enablement communication team on point of need activities, new courses, external content and more to engage functional learning community
Identify external content that is price-appropriate and meets learning
On the Job Success
Ensure the strategy drives learning on the job and that your instructional design methodologies are not forgotten moments later
Drive regular communications and marketing to maximize learning at the point of need - not just when a new course is available
Ensure the right on the job support tools are in place and easily accessible to your learners
Qualifications :
7+ years of experience, including experience in learning, design, and project management
BS/BA required, Instructional Design degree preferred
Global enterprise level thinking
Strong collaboration & consulting skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization
Strict attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines
Solid analytic, verbal and written communication skills
