- FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATION
- Understanding of restaurant operations and control systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Knowledge of POS, Excel, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to train new employees
Qualified CREW MEMBERS must have:
- at least one year of experience in a quick service environment
- excellent customer service skills
