This position is based in our Brentwood, TN Office – Monday-Friday, Days

 

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Managing components of the Coding Quality Assurance operation and HEDIS projects; including coding auditors and RN's that are contracted and full-time employees remotely and onsite


  • Creating the reports and performing the analytics necessary to provide recommendations and action plans to exceed client and program requirements


  • Responsible for capacity planning, production planning and project execution to meet capacity and production requirements


  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools


  • Ensure auditors are meeting production standards set by the department


  • The Business Process Manager may be assigned the overall program and production management for specific programs initiatives

Additional Responsibilities:



  • Creation and oversight of the Standard Operation Procedures, Program SLAs and contractual requirements


  • Provide support for both short and long term operational/ business strategies


  • Work collaboratively with business and function owners on solutions and progress tracking

Requirements

Required Qualifications




  • At least 4 years of experience in a role driving and supporting projects in a large organization



  • Experience with capacity planning, production management and analytical reporting



  • At least 4 years experience in: Risk Adjustment, Medical Coding, Healthcare Management OR HEDIS Reporting



  • At least 2 years experience in a management position



  • Proficiency with Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced), and PowerPoint



  • Ability to produce within a fast paced, matrixed organization with limited direction



  • Demonstrated ability leading and delivering high quality, and client communication

  • HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree



  • Proficiency with Access, Visio or SharePoint



  • Coding experience



  • Nursing background
