  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; 2 years of related customer service experience and/or training preferred; Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy, interactive,  and cohesive team environment
  • Knowledge of devices, technology trends, and wireless products strongly preferred
  • General familiarity with various social media and at least a basic knowledge of how to use each platform; candidates who are very active on core social media channels – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ are preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills; ability to articulate responses in a clear and concise manner via written communication in Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 

  • Provide quality customer service via various social media channels by responding directly to customer questions, feedback, and complaints
  • Creatively articulate information/business rules via excellent written communication skills
  • Accurately respond to questions regarding billing and payments
  • Assist customers with advanced technical questions regarding installation, trouble shooting, and hardware operation
  • Assist Operations Department to determine viral issues to provide a higher level of customer service
  • Assist in training and development of new or lower level staff
