Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Custodial Operations Manager 1 for an esteemed facility in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. This is a teaching and training facility with over 2000 beds. This facility has multiple sites including over 5 million cleanable square feet. This position is directly reporting to the General Manager and other management as needed. The ideal candidate will lead a team of approximately 25 employees. This role will have ongoing direct client interaction and patient satisfaction is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate for this position will have solid knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and processes including TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and Black Light inspections. High energy for fast paced environment. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. Individual will need to drive patient satisfaction scores. This is a varied shift position and the Environmental Services/Housekeeping Operations Manager will be required to participate in a rotational "on call" schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays.

Position Summary
Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
