Sr Director, Retail Sales Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
  • Enable the distribution and proper selection of cutting-edge products and superior services that reflect T-Mobile's retail promise
  • Play a role in creating store environments and selecting locations that ignite a sense of discovery and spark new ideas for using mobile communications
  • Providing input to VP, Retail Field on Market opportunities and priorities for Store development
  • Assisting the FSC Store development team as requested
  • Inspire leadership to create elite teams of customer service fanatics that go the distance
  • Make magic - the people, processes, and systems that efficiently and consistently deliver our retail experience are rarely seen or felt by the customer
  • Deliver revenue, profit, and customer growth through store level P&L management
  • Strategy Development and Execution

  • Implementing and translating corporate merchandising and Marketing strategy
  • Assessing merchandising and Marketing needs across region; escalating relevant feedback
  • Evaluating merchandising and Marketing strategy
  • Maintaining awareness of Market opportunities and priorities
  • Coordinating with Store Development on specific build-out issues
  • Working with a cross-functional team on build-outs in multiple locations
  • Product and service line, as well as new products in development
  • Keen awareness of Division-level trends and competitive threats
  • Division-level demographic trends
  • Deep understanding of geography and wireless trends in Division
  • Interpreting corporate strategy and translating goals to Market Managers
  • Diagnosing store performance issues through site visits and one-on-one conversations with MMs and GMs
  • Escalating relevant feedback to VP and participating in strategy development
  • Recruiting and training Division-level leadership
  • Coaching, developing and evaluating Market Managers
  • High School Diploma/GED
