NaviSite is looking for an experienced, hands-on senior associate to drive a blend of lead generation activities that ties directly to new logo customer acquisition. Reporting to the Enterprise Marketing Director responsible for lead generation programs and events, the Senior Associate position will focus on two facets of ongoing lead generation activity: 1. email nurture stream planning, development and sequencing to help increase NaviSite ' s overall prospect engagement rate; and, 2. communications, logistics, activity coordination and participation in industry and regional event marketing commitments.

Working with marketing and sales teams across NaviSite and Time Warner Cable Business Class, as well as external agencies, the Senior Associate position will divide time evenly between the two aforementioned focus areas, with occasional travel required (up to 10%.) The Senior Associate ' s primary responsibility will be to generate a cross-section of marketing qualified leads to help accelerate the lead to opportunity lifecycle.

The Senior Associate will work hand-in-hand with Marketing Operations and the Business Development team to ensure campaign and event coordination and effectiveness.

Qualified candidates must possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, proven project execution, and a deft capability to juggle multiple deliverables with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Operations, Business Development, Channel Marketing, Regional Sales and Cloud Overlay sales teams.

- Act as primary point of contact for nurture engagement planning efforts for a multitude of defined market segments.

- Assist in the development of marketing themes, messages and offers.

- Create and oversee updates to project plans, calendars, timelines and tracking documents.

- Spearhead communications to prospects, customers, internal stakeholders (Sales, Corporate PR.)

- Provide intelligence about competitors based on their tradeshow attendance related to products, pricing, messaging and promotions.

- Provide pre, post and during show counsel and coordinate with various product and sales managers to devise planning and tactics for events.

- Analyze performance against acquisition and conversion goals, determine why programs failed or were successful, and continually make and implement recommendations for optimization.

- Support corporate-sponsored activities, such as customer/partner conferences, sports events, tradeshows, regional events and other ad-hoc activities (some travel required).

- Help define and oversee NaviSite ' s presence at tradeshows/events, including booth design, creative/images, messaging; make recommendations for required marketing collateral, giveaways; inclusion in event guides; exhibitor logistics; booth staff scheduling; and related activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of B2B lead generation marketing experience (within a Fortune 1000 company a plus)

- Experience with digital marketing solutions for lead generation, including Marketo, and associated best practices

- Technology industry experience

- Relevant copy writing and creative samples
