Our Performing Servicing team focuses on the customer and strives for operational excellence in servicing mortgage loans and home equity products for our customers.

A Customer Service Representative 4 (CSR 4) position with our team offers an opportunity to be part of one of America's greatest companies. Our best CSR's constantly go the extra mile to wow customers, make them feel that their concerns are important and also engage customers to learn about their financial needs through patience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures. This is a fast paced call center in which you will be taking calls during your entire schedule. We are looking for people who learn quickly, can multi task, have the ability to disseminate technical information and communicate it to homeowners, and possess the drive to sell company products on a majority of calls. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries and complaints on more complex products/services and/or from premier customers.

Duties may include:

- Responsible for responding to escalated inquiries and complaints on the most complex products/services and/or from premier customers

- Resolves the most complex escalation items such as: exception tickets, limit authorities, research of customer issues, inquiries and complaints from customers and on-line transaction processing

- Communicating with other departments, managers or vendors to resolve customer issue

- Providing assistance to less experienced representatives; providing one-on-one feedback, coaching and mentoring on performance, training on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services and/or procedural changes; reviewing the work of and providing guidance to less experienced representatives

- Reviews data and reports trends to management - Performing the operational duties of the supervisory position, cross-sell or refer product, and project work

3+ years customer service experience. Customer service focused and has a strong knowledge of company policies and procedures. Experienced in organizing, prioritizing and completing multiple tasks in a high volume environment and within stringent deadlines. Prior experience in processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer issues. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills. SHIFT: 9:30am-6pm Monday-Friday, with over-time as needed. (Shifts are subject to change based on business needs.)

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

- Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and/or Home Equity Customer Service Department experience

- Experience researching and resolving complex customer account problems

- Working knowledge of CIV/Shaw/Hogan, Salesforce, and/or EDM (Electronic Document Manager) systems

- HS Diploma or equivalent

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

IA-West Des Moines: Min: $29,200 Mid: $40,000
