  • Contact established customers to upgrade or enhance their accounts by phone
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of additional services.
  • Recommend upgrades, services and accessories according to customer's needs
  • Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer
  • Continually maintain working knowledge of our clients' products, services and promotions
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquires, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken
