About this job
Responsible for the established time checks for accurate inspections on all Quality related standards during production runs. Ensures products are free of visual concerns, mixed lot codes, correct labels applied both inside and out, proper assembly is noted and followed, as well as other duties needed per production runs and special project in order to be in compliance with our customer requirements.
Key Accountabilities / Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Safety First -- Be aware of your surroundings
Periodic QC line inspections of daily production
QC related product disposition, reject accountability, sample collection as needed for support
Monitor assembly task as noted to ensure these standards are followed
Identify QC issues as they arise, in order to reduce the risk of contamination/destruction/loss
Recall production as needed
Out bounding error correction and validation
Keep appropriate records and reports for month end recaps as directed by supervisor.
Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
Verify LPN accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, Report variances as necessary.
Must be able to work in an ambient environment
Must be able to pick up a maximum of 50 lbs.
Maintain the facility's production lines and command center in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
Assist in physical inventories.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management or customer.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have worked in an rapid, production based environment
Minimum Experience (indicate depth & breadth)
- Basic Math skills
- Ability to work well with others and stress
Minimum Knowledge/Skills / Abilities (indicate intensity & duration)
- Ability to spend 90% of time inspecting production lines
- Basic familiarity with the warehousing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work specified shifts
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
- Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
- Working knowledge of warehouse management system equipment
