Summary:
Applications and Systems Support installs and tests new versions/ patches of software. Assists users with software applications. Problem shoots and document problems with the client and follows up for resolution. Assists with management of user data in software projects.
Skills:
Analytical skills for problem resolution.
Working knowledge of the SDLC processes.
Advanced proficiency at Windows Server Administration
Powershell Scripting.
SQL Database scripting.
