We have a opening for a Customer Service Associate.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Manpower is currently hiring for a dynamic Customer Service Associate for one of our top clients located in Wichita, Kansas!
Main Responsibilities:
- Will be working in a service center doing primarily data entry and customer service
- Responsible for taking calls regarding status of repairs, ask billing/pricing questions and get estimated repair timelines
- Will be receiving units, un-box, box and ship the units out
- Will be recording all transactions via a large database (SAP) and spent much time doing data entry
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Amenable to lift items not more than 50lbs
- Location: Wichita, Kansas 67209
- Length of Contract: Six months
- Working Hours: Second shift position - 2:00 pm - 10:30pm
