DIRECTV’s Sales and Support Center is seeking Part-time and Full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of the company working in a fast paced, dynamic environment as the go-to person for our customers! In this important role, you'll be responsible for taking approximately 40-50 in-bound phone calls on a daily basis from our multi-dwelling unit customers who have questions or concerns about billing, products, services, and equipment, or need technical assistance. Successful candidates will be able to determine the wants, needs, and interests of each customer issue to identify the best solution in the interest of providing an outstanding and personalized customer service experience.

  • Results oriented individual who is motivated to meet or exceed performance standards based on achieving monthly performance goals which stems from positive candidate surveys, solving a customer’s issue on a first call resolution, and recommending product features, programming, and equipment with each customer interaction.
  • Team player - ability to work in teams, open and receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Can work in a collaborative fast paced environment with 15-16 other teammates in addition to participating in fun, daily, weekly, and monthly team activities and competitions.
  • Manages multiple tasks such as strong active listening while typing and conversing with the customer, in addition to operating multiple computer screens searching through resources for solutions tailored to help the individual needs of the customer.
  • Ability to interact with distressed customers to provide information and solutions based on written procedure, guidelines, and resource tools in response to customer inquiries, resolving billing and product and service complaints to effectively facilitate success in conflict.
  • Provide a positive, professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

Requirements to apply:

  • 6mo-1yr direct customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a High School Diploma/GED
  • Can work a flexible work schedule based on business needs
