We have a part-time/full-time opening for a **Great Opportunity** Custodian Needed (Elizabethtown, KY).
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Background check required.
Wage: $8.50-$9.00
Requirements
Diversified Maintenance, LLC, is a nationwide leader in providing quality contract janitorial services. Our customer-centric culture, dedication to quality service, and unique management structure has gained us steady growth over the past 18 years.
We currently have an immediate opening for a Custodian to work at a clients' retail location in Elizabethtown, KY.
Schedule: 6-7 days a Week (Weekend Included)
Hours: 6AM-11AM (Overnight work as needed)
Rate: $8.50-$9.00
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Cleans assigned areas.
* Maintains and cleans all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
* Collects and disposes of paper and rubbish.
* Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects.
* Cleans, monitors and maintains restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, store entrance areas, escalators, etc.
* Replenishes paper products and sanitary supplies.
* Follows housekeeping schedule outlined by the immediate supervisor/manager.
* Other duties may be assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs.
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be able to work in a timely manner and attention to detail.
* Must have reliable transportation
* All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
* Background check required.
