Qualifications:
Hired directly for a formal Ag Underwriting credit training program. Discipline areas include financial statement spreading on Finpack and Agriculture underwriting. Receive a combination of formal training and on-the-job training on the following:
Customer Experience, Credit Process, Systems Navigation Fundamental accounting/credit including Finpack Wells Fargo Credit Culture & credit policy Underwriting including loan structuring, analyzing agriculture borrower credit requests and preparation of supporting documentation of the analysis. Communication of underwriting decisions. Upon successful completion of the training program will be placed within the BBOCS credit function. Will be in job for up to 18 months.
6+ months underwriting or related industry experience. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, sales experience and accounting and/or finance acumen. Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced production environment. Self-starter, results and process oriented, collaborative team player. Interpret and discuss analytical data.
