Customer Service Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

POSITION SUMMARY: Extraordinary local home-delivery and customer relations position. Position involves working closely with customers to schedule home delivery. Provide support to ensure Exceptional Customer Service.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Work in a fast-paced, call center environment
• Scheduling and assisting customers with home delivery of their order(s)
• Handle high-volume of inbound and outbound calls, and provide support in other call-center/customer service capacities
• Work with business partners to assess customer needs/concerns and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions to ensure a world-class customer experience
• Effectively communicate with customers/care centers via email, researching and responding to inquiries as needed
• Accurately maintain and update order tacking systems, appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions
• Any other hub duties as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers
• Strong telephone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills
• Must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
• Must be able to communicate with many customers each day, maintaining composure under workload and pressure
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
• Availability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
