Manny & Olga's is currently looking for a MANAGER with 5+ years of experience in the in the pizza take-out and delivery industry with references . The candidate must be used to working in a fast paced environment and possess outstanding work ethics, as well as dynamic leadership skills. A solid track record in the restaurant business is a MUST!
Below is a list of some of the important qualifications for our ideal candidate:
*Run an efficient operation via appropriate cost controls and profit management
*Effectively manage the restaurant by implementing the standards set up by corporate, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
*Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
*Ensures local health and safety codes are met
*Controls profit and loss by maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports
*Assists with recruiting and training an exceptional staff; trains and motivates staff
*Ensures the execution of marketing programs
*Have prior food service experience
*Have prior supervisory experience and strong leadership qualities
*Have the ability to learn and perform every function well
*Have solid communication and organization skills
*Enjoy working with employees and customers
*Be able to motivate employees
*Have problem solving abilities
*Have a steady work history
*Be a take-charge individual
*Be aggressive
*Work in store 60++ hours
*Hands on Manager able to do all jobs
