The Transportation person provides transportation for families and/or patients who need assistance with travel between locations, such as the airport, hotel, and/or Meridell, as well as providing transportation, when indicated for patients who need to be transported from a hospital to Meridell. This position will require the ability to drive for long periods of time, the ability to fly on commercial airlines within the state of Texas as well as out- of-state if necessary to pick up patients for admission to Meridell. The Transportation person must be extremely flexible to meet the needs of patients and their families and at times, willing to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.

High school graduate or equivalent required.
Valid Class C Texas Driver License with a good driving record.
Most possess excellent communication skills.

Work is of medium to heavy demand. Requires walking, standing, bending, lifting of objects in excess of 40 pounds and periods of extensive sitting.
