JOB SUMMARY:
The Branch Manager position manages all daily operations at the branch while managing the logistical and budgetary requirements of the branch. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Monitors the duties of all branch staff.
  • Implements the quality policies of U.S. Security Associates to include the Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality System Procedures (QSP).
  • Maintains Past Positive and Post Positive compliance.
  • Participates in the customer acquisition process by preparing and reviewing Security and/or Patrol Service Agreements, preparing client-specific post orders, and implementing the transition program.
  • Meets with prospective clients to assist in the sales process and determines the level of service required.
  • Participates in the client contract review process.
  • Implements steps to validate the services that U.S. Security Associates provides.
  • Implements and monitors all management, supervisor, and security officer training programs.
  • Implements the customer management processes, including the Responsive Management process. This process includes meeting with clients on a regular basis to resolve issues and ensures client retention and satisfaction with USA’s service.
  • Ensures invoice and payroll accuracy for the branch.
  • Monitors margin trends and adjusts where required. Accesses the IBM AS400 Office Net to monitor reports.
  • Participates in the service implementation by ensuring clients’ needs are consistently met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitors statistical performance data/margin trends to ensure that criteria for client retention, profitability, and sales, are met.

JOB SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the military or in a security field.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office. AS400 knowledge is required.
  • The ability to travel to visit current and prospective client sites is required.
  • Must be skilled in developing and maintaining customer and employee relationships.
  • Must have good presentation skills; including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Applying principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Have the skills to plan and budget efficiently.Must be able to work in an autonomous environment with little supervision.

Position based at branch office. Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
