The staff Tech - Physical Therapy functions under the direct supervision of the director, supervisor, staff therapists, and assistants and when appropriate through a lead technician. The Tech - Physical Therapy is responsible for preparing treatment areas, cleaning treatment areas, positioning patients, procurement of inventory of supplies, transporting, positioning and, in general, assisting patients, therapists and assistants in the successful completion of the treatment plan. The technician may also be assigned routine clerical support tasks to support the patient care process.
