We are seeking a Health Care Recruiter - for our Behavioral Health Division to join our team in Atlanta, GA.
The Health Care Recruiter - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of Nurse Practitioner Recruitment initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of one year experience in recruiting required 3+ years experience preferred experience in Health Care recruiting preferred.
Excellence phone skills and pleasant phone manner
Effective written and verbal communication
Able to communicate in person with internal staff, external customers, and field employees
Strong research and analytical skills
Able to critically think and take initiative
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to prioritize workload
Strong computer skills on Microsoft Office software
Able to meet the demands of the diverse and changing needs of the organization
